Chrome extension not saving configuration.

Hi - Have used this in Firefox with no issues. In Chrome/Edge I can configure the settings and use these. However if I go to edit them again they have reverted to the default. This also happens when I upgrade the browser version. Browsers are installed in Computer mode and not User mode in case that matters.
