Overview
Phase 2 research extension for studying browsing experience.
Phase 2 Extension is a research tool used by study participants to understand how different browsing slowdown conditions affect everyday web use. After joining the study, the extension runs in the background during normal Chrome browsing. It applies the assigned study condition for the current day, records browsing activity metrics for research analysis, and provides a simple popup where participants can check their study status, pause/resume the study, or open daily questions. Features include: Join or resume a study with a participant ID Daily study status with current study day Controlled browsing slowdown conditions Pause and resume controls Daily questions for participant feedback Automatic reconnect handling if the browser debug connection is interrupted This extension is intended for approved Phase 2 research participants only.
