If you have a bad product, your customer service better be top notch. Its an ambitious tool, but need lots of work. i.e. Glassdoor won't work. Only LinkedIN is working for me. Worst thing is that their Customer service, Sajat, he'll ghost you told him about the errors. Just as the reviewer below, if you just want to auto apply on LinkedIn, just use the free one he recommended, I think its a referral link. Anyway, bad customer service is what killed this tool

DO NOT BUY! It does not work. I purchased the basic plan that does Linkedin and Indeed. Indeed does not work at all 0. ZERO! Linkedin shows it works but the jobs it applies to are all scams and half the time it does not input the corect info. Example. in the account there is a very clever spot for how many years of experience it should put if it does not know how to answer ow many years of experience you have in a very specific thing. I put a number in the profile but it continues to just an... Show more

LazyApply does not work. If you're reading this do not waste your money on this it is is not functioning at all. And once you pay they woon't give you your money back. It's a scame do not fall for it. Despite multiple attempts to contact their support team to resolve these issues, I've received no assistance. When using the tool to apply for jobs on LinkedIn, it incorrectly submits all responses regarding years of experience as "0 years," even if a different number is entered in the default s... Though I have a fully detailed profile on LazyApply to use for common form questions, it continues to put random nonsense like "Fax" for Phone Device Type and Afghanistan for Country Code (I have my profile set for the States with an American number). It also burns applications by choosing incorrect options such as being on an employer agreement that could affect hiring. Money back was not honored within the first weeks after purchase.

Not worth it. It works but maybe only on half of the applications. On jobs that ask you how many years of experience do you have with XYZ, it will sometimes put ZERO YEARS. Come one, any number of years would be better than putting ZERO.

It is not worth the money and the money back guarantee is an untruth. In my search for remote jobs (which this came highly recommended as a tool), I continuously receive non-remote jobs. I asked for my money back within the desiginated time frame and of course didn't get a response.

I have ben using this for a while now it does not work as designed and the customer help will not give a straight answer when it breaks... they repeatedly tell you to wait 24 hours... 24 hours comes and it still doesn't work and then again they tell you to wait 24 hours and you are in a doom loop.

Helped me get interviews and a job. Pros: It applies to a lot of jobs fast, which helped me get more screening interviews, then real interviews, then multiple offers. I had not applied for jobs in over ten years, so this software helped me apply to many jobs fast. And that volume helped me test my resume until I was getting more screening interviews, which gave me feed back for my resume, and I got better at passing screening interviews. That volume helped me get to actual hiring managers. A... Show more

Works great. It only does easy apply jobs (maybe 20% of total jobs listed?). It breaks on LinkedIn when it comes to a job you have already applied to. Would be nice if it managed workday account creation and email verification and application submission. ;)
