Ad Skipper for Prime Video

It doesn't block the ads, but it does fast forward through them. They only last maybe 5 seconds. It beats having to sit through them, and it definitely beats paying Amazon even more money, as though they aren't already making billions.

Worked well for some time, but I think maybe either Amazon or Google changed something, now the ads are just slightly accelerated for a few seconds before playing normally again. Really weird, I am honestly mad at Amazon for playing ads when I am already paying for the service.

I am disgusted that my the money I pay for my Prime subscription is suddenly no longer ad free. I'd love if I could get an extension that skips the ads entirely, but at least making the the ad faster I'm not forced to pay the $3 a month extortion fee or (more likely) delete my Prime subscription. I can't give half stars, so I'll upgrade my 4.5 stars to 5 :)

It fast-forwards the ads, but not skip them. Still better than watching ads at regular speed.

Worked flawlessly back in April, I'd see ads for like a second before they were skipped, but now it doesn't seem to do anything, sometimes it'll fast forward for a second and then force me to watch the rest of the ad or not fast forward at all. Happening while watching Fallout & The Boys and presumably any other show.

Update response to Dev: It was numerous episodes of the boys and some other shows, I only had this ad skip, hulu ad skip and Nord VPN extensions. I tried removing the hulu one but still had the issue and it would not skip ads on Prime. Ended up finding a extension that works on most sites so I am all set now worked great when I first installed it but lately it doesnt do anything, first I noticed any time a show was sponsored by Tmobile and only had the 1 ad at the start it would skip or fast ...
