Connection is constantly lost for our teachers

We have 11 IFP that use ScreenShare Pro (LG Panels). The teachers are constantly kicked off , asking to add the code again to share their screens. Why is this happening?

Cannot install extension

When I click the "Add to Brave" button, there's an error "An error has occurred
/ Download interrupted".
Using Brave on Manjaro Linux 21.2.6, kernel 5.17.6. Tried Google Chrome, but I get the same error.

Live Audio Mirroring

Hi, I am using a Language Translation app on an Android phone which accepts a verbal input and then returned an audio translation. I want to use to teach a class of Ukrainian's English. I can connect the phone and TV display and can mirror audio files, but the audio that comes back from the translation app stays on the phone. Is there any way to have the live audio feedback from the app mirror to the TV speakers?

Disconnection

The connection is disconnected after 10 mins. It never did this before as we have used an activation code to get the full licence. Don't know why it has started doing it. What do we have to do to stop it from disconnecting every 10 mins?

AGAIN! Routing Screen Share across VLANs - MISSING DOCUMENTATION !

Is it possible to get some documentation on the used network ports and protocols which are used by ScreenShare Pro. Like (many) other people, I would like to use ScreenShare Pro with clients residing in different VLANs. Therefore I need to know, how ScreenShare Pro announces the mirroring service (mDNS ?, bonjour ?) to the other clients in the network. Please give me some advice onto this subject. Tanks a lot!

APP on Chromebook

I enter the number on my phone and I connect, I enter the number on the app on my Chromebook and it states the number is incorrect or that I am on a different wifi (which I am not as it is the same as my phone.) Why won't my chromebook connect?
