ChatAgent for WhatsApp Web puts your ChatAgent CRM next to WhatsApp Web. After you connect your ChatAgent account, the extension shows a sidebar on web.whatsapp.com. When you open a chat, it matches the phone number to a contact in your workspace so you can see lead details without switching tabs. You must already have a ChatAgent account. This extension does not send WhatsApp messages for you and does not replace WhatsApp.
