Tracya is a no-code onboarding builder for SaaS products. It lets your team create in-app onboarding experiences - tooltips, modals, banners, and highlights - by clicking directly on your live web application. No copy-pasting CSS selectors. No hardcoded DOM queries. No coordination with engineering for every content change. You point, you configure, you publish. How it works: 1. Open the Tracya popup on any tab of your web application. 2. Click "Open Builder" to activate the visual sidebar. 3. Click any element on your page to target it. 4. Configure the step content, placement, and appearance. 5. Publish your flow - it goes live instantly via the Tracya widget already embedded in your app. What you can build: - First-visit onboarding tours for new users - Feature announcements with modal overlays - Contextual tooltips anchored to specific UI elements - Persistent banners for important notices - Multi-step flows with skip, dismiss, and completion tracking Flow triggers: Control exactly when a flow appears: on first visit, on every visit, once per session, after sign-up, or on a specific URL match. Full SPA navigation awareness included. Analytics: Track step-by-step completion rates, drop-off points, and flow performance directly in the Tracya dashboard - without sending any personal data from your end users. Theming: Customize tooltip and modal appearance per component: colors, border radius, font size, button styles. Matches your product's design system. Privacy-first: The Builder sidebar communicates exclusively with api.tracya.io. It does not read, record, or transmit any content from the pages you visit. End-user analytics are fully anonymous - no personal data, no cookies, no fingerprinting. Tracya is built and operated by Athivia Labs SAS, registered in France (SIREN 104 290 911 R.C.S. Metz).
