Overview

Live, on-device meeting transcription with real-time coaching and one-click follow-through — nothing you say leaves your machine.

Ringside is the corner man for a salesperson who is already good and has too many calls. It listens to the meeting, on your machine. It tells you what you are missing while you can still do something about it. And when the call ends, the follow-up is already written. TRANSCRIPTION THAT DOESN'T LEAVE YOUR LAPTOP Ringside captures the meeting tab and your microphone and turns them into text using speech models that run inside your browser, on your own CPU. The audio is never uploaded. There is no recording sitting on someone's server, no bot joining your call with a name badge, and nothing for a prospect's security team to object to. Text is what gets saved — to your own account, not to a shared pool. THE CORNER, DURING THE ROUND Most tools tell you what went wrong after it went wrong. Ringside speaks while the round is live. Fifteen minutes in, it checks whether the conversation is going where you wanted. Five minutes before the scheduled end, it tells you what still isn't locked. Any time in between, hit "What am I missing?" and get one short card: the thing you haven't asked, the objection you talked past, the commitment nobody wrote down. Short cards. No essays. You are on a call. THE FOLLOW-UP, BEFORE YOU STAND UP When the meeting ends, Ringside produces a stack: a summary, the commitments it heard with the exact words they were made in, and a small number of follow-ups you would actually be glad to see. Usually a drafted email. Sometimes a calendar invite for the next step. Sometimes "call them, don't email them," because the deal is wobbling and today beats polished. Each one is a card with a ✓. Approve the email and Gmail opens with it written, addressed and ready — you press Send. Approve the calendar action and the event is created on your calendar with the receipt stored against the meeting. Edit anything first with ✎. Dismiss what you don't want. Nothing is sent, created, or filed without you approving it, one item at a time. DRAFTS SHAPED TO THE MEETING, NOT TO A TEMPLATE Tag a meeting as Discovery, Demo, Proposal review, Contract discussion, Security review, or Kick-off, and the follow-up changes job. A discovery recap confirms what you heard and asks for the next conversation. A proposal review answers the objection that actually came up. A security review answers the question their engineer asked, not the one a template guessed. The drafts read like a person wrote them in ninety seconds, because that is what they are impersonating. No "I hope this email finds you well." No recap of the call to someone who was on it. Under 150 words, ending on a next step with a date attached. IT KNOWS WHAT YOUR WEEK LOOKS LIKE Ringside reads your Google Calendar and lays your day and your week in a rail down the side panel. Arm a meeting from the rail with one click and it starts when the call does, already knowing who is on it and what it is for. Tag the whole week on Monday morning; it is still tagged on Thursday, on whatever machine you open. IT LEARNS YOUR WORDS Every industry has words a general speech model has never heard. Teach Ringside your product names, your competitors, the way your customers actually pronounce your company — once — and it stops getting them wrong, in this call and every call after. WHAT YOU NEED - Google Chrome 116 or newer, on a machine from the last few years. - A Google account, for sign-in and for the calendar rail. - Meetings that happen in a browser tab — Google Meet, Zoom on the web, Teams on the web, or anything else that makes noise in Chrome. PRIVACY, IN ONE PARAGRAPH Audio is processed on your device and is never uploaded. Transcripts and suggestions are stored in your own account, where only you — and a manager on your team, if your company uses that — can read them. Calendar events are read live and are not stored on our servers, apart from the details of the meetings you actually arm. Ringside does not request access to your Gmail: approving an email opens a Gmail compose window that you send yourself. We do not sell your data and we do not use your meetings to train models.
