Comp Crunch (Analyze Zillow Data)

Just a brilliant little piece of software. Does what it says it'll do. Made it super easy to export a Zillow search as a csv.

This extension has saved me an insane amount of time searching for comps and the options on where I will live next year. Moving to California from Wisconsin has never been easier!

Super easy and effective, I just used it to get a quick idea of the average rents for my relocation to Florida so I can have a salary discussion with my employer. As a former real estate agent this fills a void in the data conglomeration space, previously only agents had access to similar paid tools but not anymore!

As a real estate agent, many investor clients ask me about how much they can rent out a prospective property. This extension allows me to easily find market data on how much rentals are, FOR SPECIFIC NEIGHBORHOODS!!! This is an amazing resource that I love to show off to clients.

Great chrome extension. Extremely helpful in quickly finding out average/median price while browsing home locations. The export to csv function works great as well.

This chrome extension is amazing! I love how easy it is to get comps in an excel sheet (normally something pretty difficult to do). It is incredibly user friendly!
