SnapNote is a Chrome extension for fast, organized note-taking directly from your browser toolbar. It lets you group notes into color-tagged folders with grid or list layouts, and supports pinning, locking, drag-and-drop reordering, and soft-delete with a trash bin. Notes feature auto-save, word count, due dates, checklists, and a live search across all content. The interface supports light/dark mode and a customizable accent color. Data is persisted via Chrome's session or local storage, with JSON export/import for backups. Built with vanilla JS and Manifest V3, it's lightweight, zero-dependency, and fully offline.
