On some pages, the Social tab doesn't work

On some pages, when I click the Social tab and it just turns the whole modal window into a tiny empty rectangle. THe inspect is saying: "TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'startsWith')"

Cannot access extension from any browser

"Loading Detailed Analysis" is all I see after installing DSE on chrome and firefox on my computer. I can't access the extension. My browsers are up-to-date with updates. Any suggestions?

Downloaded Detailed SEO Extension, but can't open it

I am on my computer trying to access the extension from both Chrome and Firefox. When I click the extension on both browsers, I get "Loading Detail Analysis" on the extension button at the upper right of the screen. Nothing happens. Chrome seems to be fully updated.

Hello, I enabled the new PAA function, thanks for updating to include this. The problem is that the little window is often not visible for me. Maybe it needs to be set to stick to the top. I'm using Chrome on a Macbook. I also have Keyword Surfer and Keywords Everywhere extensions so maybe they are hogging the realestate and preventing Detailed from loading properly. I've seen the Detailed window generate in the left column but it "runs away" from me as I scroll down. On some searches it disappears completely. On others I need to scroll to the very bottom of the results to see it. it's showing user guide how many times I re installed this chrome but no use please check this and fine out my problem please
