Search AI chat history across ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini by words inside conversations you open. Your local archive starts after installation. Reopen older chats to add their visible messages; this does not import your whole account automatically. Free search covers conversations captured or restored within the last 90 days. ONE SEARCH ACROSS SERVICES If you switch between assistants and remember an answer but not where you saw it, search the conversations saved on this computer in one place. Results show the service and a highlighted snippet when the words match the captured message text. Built-in provider search may be enough if you only use one service. HOW TO START 1. Install the extension and open a conversation in a supported service. 2. Let the visible messages load. Scroll to older messages if that service loads them on demand. 3. Click the extension icon or press Alt+Shift+F and search for words from the conversation. 4. Open a result to return to its conversation. The first screen tells you when the local index is empty. Capturing needs access to the supported site and its current page layout; it cannot read messages that the page has not loaded. SEARCH TOOLS - Search words in saved titles and visible message text. - Put an exact phrase in quotes. - Use in:chatgpt, in:claude or in:gemini to choose a service. - Use after:2026-01-01 or before:2026-06-01 to filter by the last capture date. These are local capture dates, not the provider's original conversation dates. Reopening a chat updates its capture date. Restoring our JSON backup preserves the saved capture date and separately grants the same 90-day free search access that restored chats had before. LOCAL STORAGE AND CONTROL Create a local brief from Manage: manually select captured answers or excerpts, add your heading and context, then review and download Markdown. Only selected excerpts are included, with conversation URL, service and capture timestamp. AI-mentioned links are labelled as not independently verified; your own verification notes are separate. Brief export is free. Drafts are lost when the tab closes or reloads. Unknown capture dates require recapture before brief export. This is our own backup format, not an importer for provider account exports. You can delete one service's saved conversations. Uninstalling removes the extension's local index; export a backup first if you need it. No cloud sync, analytics, error reporting or account with us. Conversation data is stored in your Chrome profile. Licence activation sends the licence key to api.smallhelpers.com; it sends no chat content, and there is no background licence recheck. When you uninstall, Chrome opens an optional goodbye page without user identifiers in its address. WHAT PAYMENT CHANGES Paying removes the free search-date limit for captured conversations. Storage and export work on either plan. Payment does not add chats you have never opened, recover deleted conversations or expand what a provider's page loads.
