Petition Exhibits turns any web page into a PDF exhibit you can file. One click captures the whole page — not just the part you can see. The extension scrolls the page, captures it screen by screen, joins the frames, and puts the page's own text under the image, so the exhibit stays selectable and searchable. No character recognition is used. Every exhibit gets a title sheet a reader can trust: the page title, the author and the publication date where the page states them, the full address, the exact time of capture in UTC, the size of the browser window, the number of sheets, and two SHA-256 hashes — one of the captured content, one of the finished document. The time is confirmed by an independent timestamp authority (RFC 3161), and the token can be checked with a single openssl command printed on the verification page. The stored copy lives at a short code printed on the title sheet, with a QR code beside it. Anyone can open that page and see the exhibit itself — no account, no software. Files are kept for three years and can be renewed or deleted at any time by the person who made them. Made for the case where evidence is a web page that may be gone by the time anyone reads about it: a policy that changed, a listing that was taken down, a profile that was edited, a page behind a sign-in that only you can reach. Pages behind a sign-in are captured too — the exhibit is taken from your own browser window, exactly as you see it. Case-based, because one person often runs several matters at once. Submitter details are entered once per case and printed on every exhibit of that case. Exhibit numbers and sheet numbers grow by themselves, so exhibits can be inserted into a larger filing that starts at sheet 200.
