I love perplexity but this extension needs a better integration with the Chrome browser. For instance: one of the missing features is sending web images directly to perplexity.

Please stop using this extension if you care about your privacy. This extension is sneakily collecting all of your queries (Perplexity, Google, Bing) through a fake domain "perplexity-ai.online". Instead of using this extension, you can add a custom search engine by adding this URL: "https://perplexity.ai/?q=%s".

The extension works fine, but your query goes through the third-party domain perplexity-ai.online which can collect your queries and store them there.

i am a gamer i don't use this much but if i need to search the deepweb to info i guesses this works

I'm using the Brave browser. As Brave doesn't have a separate search bar, I needed to pin this extension to the address bar/taskbar in "Details". However, now I can easily switch my search engine between the default Perplexity and Google or Bing, depending on my needs. This is brilliant!
