Current-tab performance audits, scoring, and optimization suggestions that run only when you click audit
PerfLens is a web performance auditing extension for developers, founders, and product teams who want clearer performance feedback while browsing and testing real websites. It gives you live Core Web Vitals, a 0-100 performance score, resource diagnostics, accessibility checks, framework/build detection, performance history, and prioritized optimization suggestions directly in your browser workflow. Use PerfLens to: - Monitor Core Web Vitals including LCP, CLS, INP, FCP, FID, and TTFB - See a simple performance score for the current page - Find oversized images, large scripts, render-blocking resources, weak caching, and compression issues - Review basic accessibility problems such as missing alt text, missing labels, viewport issues, and heading structure - Get fix-first recommendations ranked by impact - Track performance history per URL - Use the DevTools panel for deeper page-level audits - Prepare launch readiness evidence for desktop and mobile testing PerfLens is built for day-to-day product debugging and launch checks. Lighthouse is great for standardized reports; PerfLens keeps performance signals close to the page you are actively testing. Privacy note: PerfLens uses browser performance APIs and stores normal audit data locally with Chrome storage. Optional platform audit features may connect to a local audit API running on your machine.
