Link does not work

When I mark a word, the Percipio bubble appears, but when I click on that link, nothing happens.

Can give me an advise?

i am having a hard time trying to enable elsa i can not fine it .

i am having a hard time to enable elsa i can not fine it .. i went to tools , then manage add on them i look over in the box and i cannot fine ELSA . CAN you help me

Percipio Chrome Extension

We pushed out the Percipio Extension to all of the desktops in our environment via Group Policy. Shortly after, we received a lot of complaints about the Search Assistant (Enable when highlighting) popup. That option is enabled by default. Is there a way to disable that programatically? Is there a config file, registry setting or other means to manage that setting? Thank you.
