Track, analyze, and block tracking scripts on web pages

See what's tracking you—and optionally block it. PERC Engage Web Shield scans the page you're on and shows you which tracking and analytics scripts are loading. You get a clear list of scripts (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and many more), how they were detected (script tags, global variables, cookies, or inline code), and an optional one-click blocking mode so you can stop those scripts from loading when you want more privacy or a lighter page. TRACKING SCRIPTS The extension detects over 15 common trackers, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and more. Each result shows how it was detected: script tag, global variable, cookie, localStorage, or inline script. Results are grouped by category (Analytics, Advertising, Tag Management). You can turn on optional blocking to prevent these scripts from loading; the badge shows "BLK" when blocking is active. When Cloudflare Zaraz is detected, a note appears with a link to Zaraz debug mode so site owners can see which server-side tools are firing. SEO AND PAGE OVERVIEW The Overview tab shows the page title, meta description, URL, canonical, robots tag, word count, language, and keywords. It flags when the title or description length is outside common SEO ranges (for example, title 30–60 characters, description 120–160). Quick links to PageSpeed Insights and GTmetrix open for the current page URL so you can check performance in one click. HEADINGS You get counts for H1 through H6 and a full heading outline (tag and text). For each heading you can see font family, font size, and color. A "Copy All" button copies the full heading structure for documentation or audits. LINKS The extension totals internal, external, and nofollow links and lists each link with type (internal or external), follow or nofollow, anchor text, and URL. You can hide duplicates, hide internal links, group by domain, and highlight nofollow links. Link data can be exported to CSV (Type, Follow, Anchor, URL) for spreadsheets or reports. IMAGES You see total image count and how many are missing alt text (for accessibility and SEO). It covers both img tags and CSS background images, with element info for backgrounds. Each image has a thumbnail; hovering shows a larger preview. View opens the image in a new tab and Download saves it. Alt text is shown or marked as missing. SOCIAL AND SHARING Open Graph and Twitter Card meta tags are listed in one place. A card preview shows how the page will look when shared (image, title, description, URL). STRUCTURED DATA (SCHEMA) The extension detects JSON-LD, Microdata, and RDFa and lists each schema type with a short preview so you can confirm structured data is present. BRAND AND DESIGN A brand palette section extracts dominant non-neutral colors from the page and shows them with hex codes and Copy buttons for design or documentation. WHY INSTALL Use it for privacy (see and optionally block trackers), SEO audits (meta tags, headings, links, images, schema), and development or marketing (inspect tracking, social tags, and structure). The badge shows the number of trackers found, or "BLK" when blocking is on. All analysis runs on the current tab; no data is sent to our servers, and settings like blocking are stored locally in your browser.
