No permissions, no account, no ads, no tracking The math Concentration (mg/mL) = peptide in vial (mg) ÷ water added (mL) mcg per unit = concentration (mg/mL) × 10, because 1 unit on a U-100 syringe is 0.01 mL Units to draw = amount (mg) ÷ concentration (mg/mL) × 100 Volume (mL) = units ÷ 100 Example: 10 mg in 2 mL is 5 mg/mL, or 50 mcg per unit. 250 mcg is 5 units, or 0.05 mL.
