never authorized

I have never authorized this service. I don't even know what it is. I have never authorized anyone to gain access to my bank account and take my money. There are multiple charges. I want my money back reimbursed to my account immediately. I am prepared for legal action.

I would like my refund - 6th request.

I used a one month trial. Right before the trial ended, I canceled my subscript. due to a problem with the contacts not being displayed on my worksheet. I have been charged $80. Please refund. I did not use the app from March until June, and you didn't respond to my initial cancellation. I need this money: I have a sick daughter that requires funds for her medicine.
