Flash

I repeatedly tried to enable this so-called "Flash Player" so that I could do this fun thing(I mean, seriously, your extension sounds fun), so I searched up on what happened to Flash Player, and said it was removed, which seemed to be the only thing that could be enabled to play with this, but now that Flash Player is gone, I don't know what to do.

I dont really care adobe is trash anyways wont expect nothing more. Dev if u can is there a standalone version i can have running on desktop while im working and navigating My computer? i have a program i believe is star docks wich allows u to have a movable wallpaper and edit them and such was wondering with your knowledge to create such software which wouldnt be relying on anything but system ui itself
