I used your function in my chrome extension

Hi, I used your function in this pretty cool chrome extension I made. Thank you for that, before I was using something else that did not work. in mv3 your function works great. My extension is called Ponzta, unfortunately it keeps getting rejected 7th time already. I can send you the zipped file if you want to check it out.

I don't know how to make it work for me,

I don't know why incognito still shows in my task manager when I have zero incognito tabs open, unfortunately since the updates on my chromebook 3, today incognito won't just go away when I end it's process.
