How to sync bookmarks

We are trying to get the bookmarks to sync after added a new bookmark. Team members aren't able to see bookmarks that other team members have added. Is there a place to manually sync?

Login Failed for invited users

I am repeating the last comment- I too invite a user and they cannot create an account as it says the email address is already in use. No password reset link is sent when requested so they are unable to sign up or accept invite.

good morning. Ive created an account and when logging in i get a dialoge box with Login Failed. requesting password reset i get similar response, email address not found. can you help?
