Some error when use URL

when save below code in the IDE, there will have some problem
let g = 'https://drive.google.com/uc?export=view&id=';
I think it is something wrong when the IDE detect '?'

Browsing history

Why does it need access to the browsing history?

Bookmarkletifier is very similar, provides the same functionality and doesn't require the same permission.
