A tiny round friend who drops by while you browse: says hi, shakes your cursor's hand, and leaves before it gets in the way.

Pebble brings you Pip: a tiny round creature with a leaf sprout that lives along the bottom of the pages you visit. Pip isn't an assistant and it won't ask anything of you. It has its own little life: it strolls past on its way somewhere, settles down for a nap, grooms a paw, watches a butterfly drift by, or kneads a cozy spot. Now and then you notice it, and that's the point: a small, quiet break while you browse. A REAL LITTLE PERSONALITY - Every Pip is different. Yours might be sleepy, independent and shy, or lively, affectionate and bold. - Choose Cat person or Dog person. Cat-like Pips knead, slow-blink, groom after being petted, and decide for themselves when petting is enough. Dog-like Pips flop belly-up for rubs, tilt their heads, yawn before naps and shake off when they wake. - Pip has a daily rhythm: sleepier in the afternoon and at night, livelier in the morning, with the occasional burst of zoomies at dawn or dusk. - Its behaviors are based on how real cats and dogs act, drawn from animal-welfare and veterinary sources. SAY HELLO, IF YOU LIKE - Click Pip and it turns to look at you. Click too much and you may get a bap, a huff, or a sudden case of the zoomies. - Stroke it with your cursor to pet it. Over time it grows a little more relaxed around you. - A cat-like Pip may sometimes spot your cursor, wiggle, and pounce… and miss. NEVER IN THE WAY - Stays at the bottom edge, mostly off to the side, clear of what you're reading. - Choose how often it drops by, from about once an hour up to several times. - Quiet mode, snooze for an hour, or turn it off on any site. - Right-click Pip any time to send it on its way. - Respects your system's reduced-motion setting. MAKE IT YOURS - Rename your pet and pick its color, a hat, scarf or glasses, and skins to collect. - Light and dark mode. PRIVATE BY DESIGN - Everything stays on your device.
