Peak Meeting Coordinator helps you schedule meetings more fairly across timezones. Instead of sending one invite and hoping it works for everyone, the extension compares Google Calendar availability, ranks candidate slots by fairness, and shows the local impact on each attendee before you propose a time. It helps you: • compare availability across multiple attendees • prioritize times within working hours first • only suggest near-hours or outside-hours slots when necessary • discourage weekends and Friday evenings in each person’s local timezone • see attendee local times before proposing a meeting • draft a small set of fair options instead of sending one arbitrary invite For recipients, the goal is a simpler review flow: propose a few fair options, collect responses, and finalize one calendar event once the right people agree.
