Overview
Create and play worlds of sand, water, plants, oil, fire and salt
Experiment, build, and watch your creations come to life in Falling Sand Game, a physics-based sandbox where simple elements interact and behave according to their own rules. There are no levels, objectives, timers, or scores. You decide what to create and what happens next. Draw directly on the canvas, build walls and ramps, pour materials into your scene, start fires, and experiment with different combinations to discover unexpected results. Explore a Living Particle Sandbox Work with a variety of elements, each with different behaviors and interactions: • Sand falls and piles up naturally, allowing you to create dunes, barriers, and structures. • Water flows around obstacles and interacts with other materials. • Salt mixes with water to create new interactions. • Oil floats on water and can catch fire. • Plants grow in suitable environments and can be set on fire. • Fire spreads and burns combustible elements over time. • Walls and ramps let you shape the environment and control how particles move. • Use the eraser to modify your creations or start over whenever you want. Build, Experiment, Discover Create a simple landscape and watch it evolve, or deliberately set up an experiment and see what happens. Build containers for water, create channels for flowing materials, trap particles behind walls, combine different elements, or simply draw something and let the simulation take over. The fun comes from experimentation. There is no single correct way to play, and every scene can become a new experiment. Simple Controls, Endless Possibilities Select an element from the toolbar and draw directly on the simulation. Use the mouse to place and continuously paint particles, adjust the brush size for precision or large structures, and erase parts of the scene when you want to make changes. The simulation runs continuously, so particles keep moving and interacting after you place them. Build something, step back, and see how it develops. A Relaxing Physics Sandbox Falling Sand Game is designed for casual experimentation. You don't need to learn complicated rules or follow a tutorial. Start drawing and discover the interactions naturally. Whether you want to create elaborate particle scenes, experiment with simple physics, watch materials react, or just spend a few minutes playing with falling sand and flowing water, there is always something new to try. Features • Physics-based particle sandbox • Sand, water, salt, oil, plants, fire, and walls • Real-time interactions between elements • Build structures with walls and ramps • Adjustable brush size • Open-ended gameplay with no objectives or scores • Experiment, modify, destroy, and rebuild freely • Play directly in your browser • No downloads or registration required Create a world. Add some elements. See what happens.
