Overview

Automates PDB extraction and Grid Box generation (config.txt) for AutoDock Vina directly in the browser.

AutoGrid PDB is a productivity tool that automates the preparation of the "Grid Box" required for simulations in AutoDock Vina. It calculates the exact mathematical center of inhibitors directly from the RCSB PDB structure page, eliminating manual spatial coordinate extraction.
