Bring Tool Index into your browser. Look up software while you browse, contribute a screenshot, share a review, or start a listing for a tool you have discovered. When you open the extension on a website that matches an approved Tool Index listing, you can see its ToolIndex Score, pricing category, and traffic rank when available, then open the full listing for more information. What you can do: • Look up the current website in Tool Index with a click. • Capture the visible part of the current tab and send it for moderation. • Write a star-rated review from the popup. • Discover when a listing needs screenshots or reviews. • Start a new tool submission with its URL, name, tagline, and logo prefilled from the page. Getting started: sign in to Tool Index, generate an extension token at toolindex.net/dashboard/extension, and paste it into the extension settings. A Tool Index account and token are required. Tool submission is completed on the website; free and paid listing options have their own requirements, and the extension initially selects the Instant option. Installing the extension does not purchase a listing. You control when it runs. Website lookup happens when you open the popup. Screenshots are captured and uploaded only when you click Capture screenshot. Review the visible page before capturing: anything shown in that tab may be included.
