Postfreak adds a compact set of desktop tools to instagram.com. It works in the tab where you are already signed in, so there is no separate Postfreak account or password. Publish without reaching for your phone. Add photos or one video, write a caption and post it as a photo, carousel, reel or story. Photo carousels can contain up to 20 images. Reels can be up to 90 seconds and stories up to 60 seconds. Save media through Chrome's regular download manager. You can download a post or reel from its page, or choose recent posts, stories and highlights from a profile. Postfreak keeps each account's files together in a clearly named folder. Sort a profile grid by likes, comments, views or date. You choose how many posts to scan, and the original grid returns with one click. Postfreak does not change the account or move the real posts. Check public engagement numbers without leaving the profile. The insights view calculates engagement rate, average likes and comments, posting pace, content mix and recent trends from the posts you choose to scan. These figures use visible profile and post data, not private reach or impression data. Postfreak has no analytics, advertising or developer-operated backend. It reads the Instagram session already in your browser and sends requests only to Instagram when needed for the feature you use. It never asks for your Instagram password. Current limits: posts publish immediately, photo carousels do not support video, and the composer does not include music, stickers, scheduling, collaborator tags or a full media editor.
