App won't load

I tried to open the application on my laptop, and it gets stuck on the white screen with the green logo. How do I get this to open properly?

Won't open

As everyone has mentioned, app does not work on Chromebooks. Developer NEVER responds to questions or issued any update.

is there any way to get this app to open? I see all of the questions on here are the same thing. is there an answer?

App does not load

The app will not load, just shows the icon. I am also unable to access the app through the web browser. I will have to recommend the college pursues a better remote desktop software suite as this one does not work for myself and many others.
