They can be dragged, organized, resized and will be on top of all other windows wile being shown.. @@ To enable chrome panels open the url chrome://flags/ and search for 'Enable Panels'. Enable them, restart chrome and feel the new way to browse apps.. Special behavior for Gmail Youtube and Grooveshark..
