speed of scroll

Could you add an option for your extension, so the user can adjust the scrolling speed like (fast, slow, instant).
Right now it's like up button scroll value to 0, down button scroll value to max add a (for, while) so it user can see movement of the scroll.

Works great, only one minor issue

Would it be possible to allow the vertical position to be adjusted (maybe dragged?) up or down? I'm finding with the current fixed position that it often overlays a visited web site's left/right photo or page advance buttons.

No UP arrow!

Also the Up button disappeared, please correct !!!

Suddenly the UP arrow is gone leaving only one DOWN arrow.
