Trakrio

Apply in one click on company websites: AI-tailored CV and answers, forms filled in for you, match score.

Trakrio helps you apply faster, with a CV tailored to every job and nothing made up. Search for jobs across several job sites, or open one on LinkedIn or on an employer’s career site: Trakrio reads it in the browser’s side panel, shows how well you match, prepares a tailored CV, your answers and a cover letter, writes them into the application form, then keeps track of your application. JOBS FROM SEVERAL SITES, IN ONE SEARCH - Pick an occupation and a location from lists: Trakrio searches job sites in your country and international ones, and jobs come in as they are found, newest first. - Your job title isn’t in the list? “I can’t find my job title” suggests the closest occupations, even with a typo or in another language. - The same job posted on two sites shows up only once; the ones you have already applied to and the ones you set aside are hidden. - Filter the jobs found by posting date, skills, sector, remote work, contract, level, years of experience, languages or keyword, and sort them by date or by score. - The AI scores the jobs on your screen: in one click, or on its own with a subscription. Without a subscription, running a search uses credits, refunded if no site answers; opening a job uses none. - Some job sites block our servers: with your consent, given site by site, Trakrio reads them with your browser, in a tab you can see, for you and for the other users running the same search. The site then sees your IP address, as when you visit it; you pause or stop whenever you like, and each page confirmed thanks to you gives you credits. A CV TAILORED TO EVERY JOB, WITH NOTHING MADE UP - The AI picks what to highlight for the role and writes it in the job’s language, section headings included. - Employers, schools, dates and levels are copied from your CV, and every sentence is checked against it. - The right length for your country and experience, in the template, font and colours you choose. - Import your base CV from a PDF, a Word file or your LinkedIn profile. A quality score out of 100 and Sacha, your coach, help you complete it. APPLICATION FORMS FILLED IN FOR YOU - On career sites and applicant tracking systems, the form is recognised by its structure: there is no list of supported sites. - Answers are written from your CV and the job, within the site’s length limits. Whatever Trakrio doesn’t know, it asks you instead of guessing. - Your tailored CV and cover letter are generated as PDFs and attached to the right fields. - Trakrio never clicks “Next” or “Submit”: you review and you send. - On LinkedIn Easy Apply, you fill in the form yourself; Trakrio follows each step and preparesetter in its panel, ready to copy or download. SEE HOW WELL YOU MATCH - A score out of 100 drawn from an AI analysis, requirement by requirement: met, partial or missing, with the evidence taken from your CV. - Points to watch in the posting: anything unusual for this kind of role (fees to pay, commississage that says so. - A requirement only partly met, or missing? Before you apply, Sacha asks you a few questions about your background and adds your answers to your CV, inventing nothing. - “My jobs” keeps every job you opened with its score, with filters by occupation, contract and EVERY APPLICATION, TRACKED - Submission detected when you send the form, then statuses, notes and a dated history. - A reminder when it’s time to follow up, with the email already written. - Export your applications to Excel or CSV whenever you like: statuses, dates, follow-ups, and your notes if you want them. - Optional: with the mail connector you install yourself, recruiters’ replies are spotted in yond filed under the right application.
