Chromebook printing issues

The printer will only print 1 label at a time. I have tried on 2 separate occasions to contact customer service, but have gotten no where. The answers I keep getting are: uninstall and reinstall the driver--- didn't work. Try sending screen shots of the print screens--- nothing. Try turning it off and back on again---- nothing there either. Customer service takes on average 2 days to return an email with these answers.

Not Working on Chromebook

My printer has stopped working on my chromebook since the last update, it will only print one label at a time. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the extension, tried it on different computers, I even bought a new printer to try and it sill would only print one label at a time no matter how many I told it to print. I have a Jadens JD-168BT

Update

Has anyone been able to find a solution to the inverted colors after the update? Or know of a different app that could work for thermal printers?

Printer is printing inverted colors

My printer started printing inverted colors. The white area prints black and the black lettering prints white. Please help, others are having the same issue.

The update chromebook not work

Please help, check before update the extension. I can not print, The label is printing black and letters white.

THIS IS HOW YOU CONNECT YOUR CHROMEBOOK TO THE PRINTER!!!!!

1. Connect the printer to the computer via the included USB cable.
2. Click on the connection button on the Shipping Printer extension tab, this should open a pop-up that says "Shipping Printer wants to connect"
3. If the printer is properly connected, it should appear in said pop-up, select it, and click "Connect" in the bottom right of the pop-up.
4. If it worked, the connection button should now be green, and you should be able to print.

will not connect to my chrome book.... even after going threw all the steps.....nothing
