Refund Request

Hello!

I downloaded this app and payed for the year long subscription, just for it to not work :/ I would really appreciate a refund because that was a lot to pay for nothing :(

Translations fail when used

I bought 200 credits, and every time I try to use them, the transition fails every time. I have not spent a single credit and would like a refund. Thank you.
