Land a House is the browser extension for hunting a home in the UK — on your own, as a couple, or with friends and family. Save any listing from Rightmove, Zoopla or OnTheMarket into one shared list with a click. Rate homes out of 10, leave notes for each other, track status from "interested" to "viewed", and book viewings with clash warnings. Every saved home is enriched automatically with public data: local crime score, nearby schools and stations, official Land Registry sold prices, price-drop history, floor plans and council tax band. A daily background check catches price cuts, "Sold STC" and listings removed from the market. Hunting with others? Share your 6-character invite code and everyone sees the same live dashboard — even on their phone at dash.landahouse.com.
