Overview

Manage HTTP mocks for web development in Chrome/Edge.

My Mocks lets you answer your web app's HTTP requests with responses you control - no backend, no stub server, no code changes. Capture, edit, group and switch mocks from three places: the toolbar popup, the Options page, and a dedicated "My Mocks" panel inside Chrome/Edge DevTools. FEATURES - Create a mock from any request Open DevTools, go to the My Mocks panel, pick any request in the list and turn it into a mock with one click. The request details (URL, method, status, headers, body) are filled in for you. - Serve it instead of the real response The extension intercepts fetch() calls made by the page and returns your mock response when the URL and method match. Disable a mock and the real request goes through again. - Edit responses comfortably A JSON editor with syntax-aware helpers, plus an in-panel Find (Ctrl+F / Cmd+F) that searches inside response bodies - something DevTools' own search cannot do. Step through matches with Enter / Shift+Enter, close with Escape. - Filter what you see Filter captured requests by hostname, hide specific hosts, and use the search box and active-only filter in the popup to find a mock fast. - Keep mocks as plain files Choose a folder and every configured mock is saved as a readable JSON file, so you can version them, share them with teammates or diff them. - Local-first and private by design Mocks live in your browser's extension storage. No account, no server, no analytics. Requests and mock data never leave your machine. GOOD TO KNOW - Built for developers, designers and QA who need predictable API responses while working on a front end. - Works on any site, because a mock can target any endpoint your app calls. - Manifest V3, no external services, no remote code.
