Won't honor "7 day money-back guarantee"

I'm angry because I bought the Pro version and tried it, didn't like it, and that SAME day I emailed them and said I wanted to cancel and get my money back. They tried to talk me into getting tech support from them and I responded I didn't want any problem-solving or anything other than to have them honor their "7 day money-back guarantee". It's been a month and they haven't and now I see a pending second month charge. I'm having to dispute it through the credit card company, and I am not happy.

Bad customer service.

Extracting subscribedTweets

One question about your tool. Can I also export subscribed tweets with the Pro version? This was not possible with the free version. Thank you

Can't export the tweets

I use it for a while and worked just fine,
But today i try and it doesnt work, only open the 'search tab' but not start processing the export

About the subscription.

i bought the subscription. I wonder if it auto renews every month or do i have to re buy it every month? a swift reply would be appreciated

Unable to purchase a premium subscription

When I try to purchase a premium subscription, I get the following error:

All Inertia requests must receive a valid Inertia response, however a plain JSON response was received.
