PayGaters Live Help is the voice assistant that walks PayGaters clients through Shopify Payments, Stripe, Mercury and Wise — the same flows our team guides every day. Start a session from your PayGaters portal or the toolbar icon, talk to it in Arabic or English, and it works on the page with you: • Sees exactly where you are and explains each step in plain language — what it is, why it matters, what comes next. • Highlights the button or field it means with a green frame, so you never hunt for it. • Fills in your company's details for you — legal name, EIN, US address, phone — straight from your PayGaters file, explaining each step first and asking for your OK before anything is saved or submitted. • Catches the classic traps: the wrong address suggestion, a prefilled name that is one letter off, a home address that must not be the registered agent's, a paid add-on you don't need. • Checks your passport, proof of address or EIN letter before you upload it, as a preliminary helper. Private by design: it never types or reads out passwords, verification codes, card, ID, passport or bank account numbers — those stay with you. It runs only on the supported sites, only during a session you start, and you can stop it at any moment. Screenshots and audio are not stored.
