When a user see a number on the browser he can by using the extension to click on that number and the extension will automatically pick the number and send sms message to the phone number, it is work on any page and not just by using the href tel attribute, but also by any phone number. the systems that the extension connect to is send SMS service type, more information can be found here https://www.paycall.co.il. The service as the name it follows, when we will click on the number we found on a website, the extension will a request from the service the user registered to. after a few seconds it will send SMS message to the chosen phone number
