Record meetings, organize notes, and connect speakers to students.

Keep your education counseling meetings organized with Pave Recorder. Capture the on-screen captions from Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom meetings, plus chat where supported, and save them as text meeting records. Pave Recorder does not record audio or video. What you can do: • Start, pause, and stop capture using the in-meeting controls, or enable automatic capture in settings. • Review saved transcripts in your Recorder account's Meetings library, search meetings by name or platform, and restore synced meetings on another device. • Associate captured speakers with students and other contacts, and choose which student or lead a meeting is for. • Download a meeting transcript and supported chat as a text file. • If your account is eligible for Pave integration, optionally send a selected meeting to a Pave student or lead record for notes and follow-up processing. Automatic sending is off by default. • Optionally deliver saved meeting data to an HTTPS webhook that you configure. Sign in to a Pave Recorder account to sync meetings. Keep captions enabled in the meeting platform for caption capture; chat capture and available controls may vary by platform.
