Overview

Quick breathwork exercises for focus and calm

Pauso is a breathing exercise timer that lives in your browser toolbar. Click the icon, pick an exercise, and follow the visual guide. A circle expands and contracts to pace your breathing. It counts so you don't have to. Five exercises built in: box breathing (30 seconds and 2 minutes), a 1-minute 4-7-8 breathing technique, and two body scans. Filter by what you need (focus, calm, energy) or by how long you have. Sessions and streaks save locally in your browser. Nothing leaves your device unless you connect a pauso.com account, which also gets you team breathwork sessions for video meetings.
