Pause delivers short mindfulness and somatic practices as gentle reminders throughout your workday, so you actually do them instead of just meaning to. Each reminder brings a different practice from four categories: 🫁 Breathing: box breathing, physiological sigh, resonance breathing 🤸 Movement: neck rolls, shoulder release, spinal wave 🌿 Somatic Grounding: body scan, jaw release, scalp massage 👐 Touch: EFT tapping, self-hold, facial pressure points HOW IT WORKS 1. Install Pause and choose your schedule 2. A notification appears at a random time in your window (you can adjust times and frequency in Settings anytime) 3. Click it to open the practice, guided or self-paced 4. Done in 1 to 3 minutes SCHEDULE YOUR WAY • Auto mode: set how many reminders per day (1 to 3) and a time window. Pause picks random times so it never feels mechanical. • Exact times: choose up to 3 specific times per day. FULLY PRIVATE No account. No tracking. No data leaves your device. Everything is stored locally. BILINGUAL Full English and Spanish support.
