I wanted a tool like this for myself. Something simple, private, and encouraging. Not surveillance. Not shame. Not another subscription. After building the tool I needed, I decided to make it available to others who might need it too. Built on Grace Pause is not designed to condemn people. Its purpose is to create space between impulse and action and offer biblical encouragement during difficult moments.
