Overview
Alerts you if a configurable pattern (e.g. your old address) appears on any webpage to prevent accidental use.
Pattern Alert helps you avoid costly mistakes by monitoring every webpage you visit for sensitive information, such as your old address. Simply configure a pattern (for example, your previous street name or any other text you want to avoid using, or a regular expression if you want a more flexible matching), and Pattern Alert will automatically scan all visible text and form fields—including dynamically loaded content and user input. If your pattern appears anywhere on the page, you’ll receive an immediate popup alert, helping you prevent accidental use of outdated or sensitive information. Pattern Alert does not collect, store, or transmit any of your data. All scanning and matching is performed locally in your browser, and your configured patterns never leave your device.
