How it works: * Install the extension, then log in to Patcher once — the extension connects itself using a secure, limited-purpose sync token and stays connected. No Patcher tab needed after that. * Keep working in your scheduling platform like you always do. Whenever it's open in a tab, the extension syncs your waitlist in the background — every few minutes and each time you open the tab. * Multiple locations or businesses? Choose which Patcher business each account syncs to, right from the popup. * Use the popup to check connection status, trigger a manual sync, or disconnect anytime — disconnecting immediately revokes the extension's access. * New and updated entries flow into Patcher so your team can stop playing phone tag and keep technicians moving.
