PassPing is a lightweight Chrome extension designed for post-secondary students within the Greater Vancouver area. It provides students with a quick way to set reminder preferences based off their preferred date, time and frequency. Notifications are then fired when all conditions are met with a personalized reminder to reload U-Passes. Never miss your U-Pass again! Key Features: 🗓️ A simple, intuitive UI that informs users of the current monthly pass in use, and next months' pass - including a color-coded status bar for reload status, and buttons that can silence notifications when passes have been reloaded, to quickly access the U-Pass student website and to temporarily snooze daily notifications until the next day, and, ⚙️ A Settings page that allows for further user customization, including their preferred date, time and frequency for reminders to start - simply fill in the form with your preferred settings, and hit Save!
