A simple offline calculator designed to help life scientists split calculate splits when passaging cells in cell culture and tissue culture. Just put in the tissue culture flask/vessel sizes and the split ratio and it will tell you exactly what to do. Based on your split ratios, culture vessels and media volumes the app calculates the media volumes and number of flasks needed. The app then gives step by step instructions on how to complete your passage.
