Pass Builder creates strong, random passwords in one click, right from your Chrome toolbar. Click the key icon (or press Alt+Shift+P) and a fresh password is ready. Adjust the length, pick your character types, copy, and paste. That's it. FEATURES - Compact dropdown that opens right under the toolbar icon - Password length from 8 to 64 characters - Any mix of lowercase, uppercase, numbers and symbols, with at least one of every type you choose in each password - Instant strength meter: Weak, Fair, Good or Strong - One-click copy to clipboard - Remembers your preferred length and character types - Keyboard shortcut (Alt+Shift+P), changeable in Chrome's shortcut settings - Fully usable with the keyboard alone TRULY RANDOM Every password comes from your browser's built-in cryptographic random number generator (the Web Crypto API), using an unbiased selection method so no character is ever favored over another. PRIVATE BY DESIGN - Runs entirely on your device. Pass Builder makes no network requests. - Generated passwords are never saved, logged or sent anywhere. - The only thing stored is your preferred length and character types, kept in Chrome on this computer and never synced. Clear it anytime with "Reset to defaults" in Settings. - No accounts, no ads, no tracking, no analytics. - Asks for a single permission ("storage"), used only to remember those preferences. GETTING STARTED 1. Pin Pass Builder: click the puzzle-piece icon in the toolbar, then the pin next to Pass Builder. 2. Click the key icon or press Alt+Shift+P. 3.
