Overview
Never miss school pickup or drop-off. Desktop and voice reminders for your kids' daily schedule, activities, and routines.
Never miss school pickup, drop-off, or a scheduled activity again. Parents Reminder is a simple, privacy-friendly Chrome extension that keeps you on top of your kids' daily school schedule with smart reminders — including spoken voice alerts — right from your browser toolbar. Whether you're juggling school pickup times, extracurricular activities, or daily routines for multiple children, Parents Reminder turns your weekly schedule into automatic, on-time notifications, so you never have to check a calendar app or a sticky note again. FEATURES • Add multiple children, each with their own weekly schedule • Set a specific reminder time for every day of the week • Get an early reminder (for example, 15 minutes before) so you always have time to prepare • Desktop notifications appear right when you need them • Voice reminders read the alert out loud — perfect for when you can't look at the screen • A toolbar badge shows at a glance which child needs your attention • Anonymous mode hides names in notifications and the badge, for privacy in public or shared spaces • No sign-up, no account, no cloud sync — everything is stored locally in your browser WHY PARENTS USE PARENTS REMINDER Busy parents and caregivers use Parents Reminder to stay organized around school pickup times, after-school activities, sports practice, and daily routines for one or more children. It's a lightweight alternative to shared calendars or reminder apps when all you need is a simple, reliable school schedule reminder built right into Chrome. PRIVACY FIRST Parents Reminder never sends your data anywhere. Your children's names, schedules, and settings are stored only in your browser's local storage — not on a server, not in the cloud, and never shared with third parties. Add your first child and set your first reminder in under a minute. Open source on GitHub: github.com/lunev/parents-reminder
